CURRENT PRICES -(if you have been invited to this website, you can take advantage of our "friends and family" (F&F) rates, exclusively available at 25% below the prices stated.
All prices are based on 1 week however we are happy to work on a pro rata basis for shorter breaks and do not restrict the day you arrive / leave. If there are no other guests arriving on the day you leave we do not expect you to vacate the apartment until is necessary.

October £325 (€390) per week - £500 (€625) - 2 weeks (F&F £250 / £400)

For all bookings exceeding 7 days the apartment will be cleaned mid stay, and all towels changed. For shorter breaks a charge will be made of approximately £20 and should be requested on booking.
Payment terms are a booking deposit of £100 to secure the rental and the balance 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the booking falls within the 6 week period, the full balance is payable to secure the rental. All deposits are non refundable
